Our ministerial fellowship and ordination/licensing arm is called Life International Network of Churches and Pastors. Formerly it was known as Apostles International. Over 250 pastors, evangelists, teachers, prophets, apostles and other leaders have been ordained by LINCP and are ministering in America and nations all over the world! Many of these leaders which have been licensed and ordained are pastors of Nepali and Bhutanese churches here in the USA.

To request licensing and ordination, please fill out THIS APPLICATION and click submit to send to Dr. Dan Cheatham and Apostle David James and the Ordination Council. Applicants should feel a GENUINE CALL to Kingdom Leadership from the Lord Jesus Himself, 1) have a good MARRIAGE, faithful to his wife and children 2) possess high standards of MORALITY, 3) be anointed by God to preach and/or teach balanced and powerful Biblical MESSAGES that will grow strong believers. 4) Their MINISTRY should be one of integrity, honesty, and respect for other leaders. 5) They should MANIFEST a servant's heart for all of God's people, leading with love and tenderness, marked by deep character, the fruits of the Spirit, and spiritual gifts.

Our ordinations are based on RELATIONSHIPS rather than an oligarchy of strict control. There is no cost to being ordained and licensed by LINCP, and there are no membership fees of any kind. Life International exists to place honor on God's true Nepali leaders. And Life International exists to equip and train these leaders. We all feel accountable to one another as well as unto the Lord Jesus.
(Accordingly, Ordination and Licensing from Life International is for LIFETIME, however, if a leader who has been ordained by LINCP is found to be living in moral sin, or is encouraging heresy, the ordination council can withdraw their license and ordination. Every attempt would be made to restore the minister gone astray by one of our council members, then if repentance still did not occur, all council members would get involved in coordination with his or her former church staff, and then if the minister involved decided to continue in sin, and not to submit to a program of restoration, that minister would be recommended to his or her church for barring from membership and disqualified for leadership, and Life International would list that minister on the security website page as defrocked and no longer safe as a leader.)

All applicants are required to read "Spiritual Authority" by Watchman Nee in either English or Nepali. We also require ordination applicants to read Dr. Dan Cheatham's two short books titled "The Fundamental Doctrines of Christ" in either English or Nepali, and "Spiritual Gifts 101 - A Primer" in either English or Nepali.

Each applicant for ordination should know (and be known) by at least one or more of our ordination council members: David James (Pittsburgh), Gaius Tolangi (Nashville), Pritha Rai (Akron), Aita Rai (Akron), Daniel Shankar (Bowling Green), Aita Gajmer (Lexington), Obed Mothey (Nashville), Kathy Olson (Huntsville), Bob Olson (Huntsville), Dan Cheatham (Huntsville).

 Each year Apostle David James, Vice President of LINCP, conducts one or more 40-Day School of Ministries (SOMs) online via Zoom with students from all over the world. Some of the world's foremost leaders are featured in each 40-Day SOM. This school prepares leaders for greater fruitfulness in God's Kingdom.
